Sorry about being MIA, I don't know how you ate so well when you were sick.  I am just all over the place..  Since being sick makes me really hungry or not I am going to try and get in at least 3 high protein shakes today and go from there.

Hang in there, Kathy.  Sure hope you get to feeling a whole lot better real soon.

Is it any wonder we want to eat when we don't feel good?  We've all be taught that food is comfort and equals love.  So, we'd be fools if we didn't want to eat.  (And BOTTers are far from fools LOL)  Now we have to re-teach ourselves and that just takes time.  It's so hard for me to get it from my "fthinker" to my "feeler" that food and love are a lot like salt and pepper - you often find them together but they sure as the world aren't interchangable!

Please take very good care of yourself - and as much as you can, have a fun Ground Hog's Day

Hi!
Good workout today.  I'm not really feeling like eating too much today. 
Breakfast - 1/2 apple, yogurt
Lunch - ham and cheese roll
Dinner - protein drink, 1/2 banana
Snack - probably another protein drink to up calories & protein.
