Monday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio

Hi BOTTers.....Happy Monday!

I hope everyone had a nice weekend.  The weekends always go by so fast. 

We watched the Super Bowl last night and it was a good game.  My younger son was rooting for the Steelers and my husband wanted the Cardinals so there was a lot of hooping and hollering at my house.  It was a lot of fun.

Here's my check in for today:

CARDIO:  Wii Fit, Step Advanced

FOOD:

B - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
L - Turkey, cheddar cheese and grilled apple sandwich
S - White Cheddar Kruncheez
D - Morningstar Soy Sausages (6)
S - Power Crunch bar

Oh Joy!  The "BOTT gods" have smiled on me. 

Thanks to those small gains that happen even when perfectly BOTTing on Thurs & Fri, getting Back On Track yesterday, and uncommonly good elimination yesterday, my Sat night pigging out on only BOTT food, I am back to where I was last Wed - which was my lowest weight on the BOTT adventure.  Whew!!!! What a relief!

I am committing to a BOTT food day and maybe a very short walk - depends on how my inflammed nerve root is feeling at the end of the day.

Just a little P.S. here - I am one of those mutants that suffers from No Scale Hell if I don't weigh regularly to compare and validate staying on track.  I am well aware that this is not a good thing for a lot of folks but it is for me - so please don't tell me to stay off the scale.  I know you mean well, but staying off happens not to be a good thing for me.

It's MONDAY!! Yes it was a good game and like your husband I, too, was rooting for Arizona.

Well, I did good the weekend and like most I read ,but never have the time to post.

Today, I am doing all liquids (prayerfully)
B- Decaf coffee w/ EAS protein 23 g
S- Muscle milk protein 23 g
L- Crystal light w/Unjury unflavored protein 20 g
S- SF Hot chocolate w/ EAS protein 23 g
D- EAS protein 23 g
S- EAS protein 23 g
After last workout- EAS protein 23 g

Total of protein 158 g & carbs 19 g
100 ozs of water, crystal light and hot tea
1 hour combined cardio

I was rooting for AZ too - unfortuately they managed to snatch victory out of the jaws of defeat.  My day was MUCH better than theirs.  I BOTTed all day!

We were rooting for AZ too~even though we're from PA we're HUGE Cowboys fans, so the Steelers are out, LOL! Well, I have lots of friends and neighbors that are on Cloud 9 today since they're team won so that's cool! I did indulge on goodies so of course I feel like a load today. Hopefully I can muster up the energy to workout~I know I'll feel better if I do, so I just need to do it!

B~had a bagel (bad start to the day!!!!!!!!!!!!)

D~no clue

I have been so off track and when I weighed this morning it showed, up 3 lbs. Time to get my butt in gear and fly right. The Super Bowl was tons of funs at my house. My teenage daughters were for Pittsburgh and the husband for AZ. By the end of the game they were betting on prizes like washing each others cars and breakfast in bed, needless to say my daugthers went to bed happy.

My plan for today:

B-Egg w/black beans and 2 slices turkey bacon
S-Light string cheese & apple
L-Turkey meatballs and broccoli salad
S-Lt cottage cheese w/sunflower kernels
D-Insides of chicken enchiladas

Lots of water and 20 minutes on treadmill with 30 minutes of weight training after work tonight. Hope everyone has a great day!
