Sunday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Hi BOTTers,
I hope your weekend is great! Happy Super Bowl day. I like football but am not a huge fan. What I am a fan of is spending together with my family. Since my husband and both sons are fans, we're going to have a fun evening together. One of my sons is a big Steelers fan and my husband and other son are for the Cardinals so we have a mixed fan base at our house. It'll be fun.
CARDIO: I'm going to do some light exercise on the Wii Fit, step game.
FOOD:
B - 1 high fiber pancake, 2 Morningstar Soy Sausages
L - Turkey and White Cheddar Kruncheez
D - Turkey, cheddar cheese, grilled apple sandwich
S - Cinnamon Toast Pretzels (Kay's Naturals)
S - Power Crunch bar

Well, I blew the "scale hell" already today!!! I can't believe it, I went to the gym and out of the blue, I'm weighing myself. Boy, old habits die hard, but...I'm down another 1-1/2 lbs! Had a good workout though. I tried something new, BBQ Soy Chips, they are really good! I've already counted out my portion for today, exactly 20 chips!
Breakfast - 1/2 c. steelcut oatmeal
Snack - 1/2 fage w/sf caramel
Lunch - ham and cheese roll
Snack - soy chips
Dinner - bbq ribs w/salad
Snack - hmmm...not sure yet
I hope that everyone enjoys the game and/or commercials!
