Not perfect - but much better

Well, ended up giving in to temptation before yesterday was over.  We had plans to eat out with friends and I did acceptably well - but then came home and pigged out too.

But - and here's the better part - I pigged out of my regular "on track food" just ate more of it and some of the things I have elected to not make a part of my on track food until I'm closer to goal weight.  BUT NOTHING THE LEAST BIT UNHEALTHY IF EATEN WITHIN THE CALORIC ALLOWANCE I'VE SET FOR MYSELF.  And for that monumental change I am extremely proud of myself

I'm here immediately after getting up (it's sad to thing that 7:30 is sleeping in for 3 hours LOL) to make my pledge to eat within my caloric limits today and walk a little (still recovering from my inflammed nerve root) today.

Thanks for being there for me (I know you are and will be there even though, of course, there are no posts yet and you may not ever post, but I know you're still there caring.   After all, I just reported.

Enjoy being you

Good job keeping yourself within your range.  That's really big when you consider what you could have eaten instead.  Enjoy today.
