I am terrible at getting on here and doing what I am supposed to. I do get on here and read once inawhile and it helps..... I need to do better but tonight I am going to celebrate 5 years post op the 27th and well so I am not saying how many birthdays ;)  Then I am going to start over once again tomorrow. Wish me luck on all of it!

just need a shoulder most days..............
