Good Morning Cathy & BOTTers!!
I am BACK. I was in a slump for about a week, but again I did manage to eat the right things and exercise some. I received my Cardioke DVD in the mail last night and did about half of that.
My menu for today
B- 1 boiled egg & 2 turkey sausages 15g protein
S- 1/2 c of cottage cheese w/ cinnamon & splenda 14g protein
L- 8 large shrimp 22g protein
S- 8 pieces of cheese cubes 7g protein
D- French onion soup w/Unjury unflavored protein 23g protein
S- EAS protien drink 20g protein
Total of carbs 22 g & protein 104 g- maintaining my goal to eat under 60 g of carbs and over 100 g of proteins a day!!
At least 100 ozs of water, crystal light, decaf coffee and hot tea
Exercise- 2 mile walk away the weight & the other 30 mins of Cardioke

I'm going to eat light today b/c I know I'll be indulging a bit tomorrow
