Did You Move To Lose Today Botts? Are you still on the wagon?

Hey BOTTs 

Well it's been almost 30 days since we were all rah, rah, about getting back on track with food, exercise, vitamins or what ever we wanted to improve on...  How we doing? 

If you are right on, FABULOUS, keep it up    If it's been hit or miss, don't worry it's a good start    If you have given up and feel like you failed again    DON'T  

Take it one day at a time, and feel good about what you have done today, before  you know it today will become a week and a week a month...    So get out those sweats and let's MOVE TO  LOSE  

I did 3 miles on the treadmill today and hope to do some free weights tonight after work 

So BOTTs, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on in and let's get going

I have had a good week, I'm please with myself and I would say I'm "Back On Track" thanks to this message board.

Today my "move to lose" is as always Jazzercise.

1/2 hour of Jazzercise personal training and One hour of Regular Jazzercise class which is 40 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of strength training!!!!

I am moving to lose at least 5 days a week with planned exercise.  It is still a slow go but so much more then I have been able to do for years!  The other 2 days, I do intense housework, laundry and shopping.  I run up and down the stairs instead of huffing and puffing 1 step at a time

Even though my scale had stayed stationary, my pants were getting a bit looser, which is always a good thing.

Now about that scale,  I weigh every Friday morning and I don't over stress the long stops (much)  It has been my normal way of losing.  So I will stick with my Fri morning weigh in.

But I am proud to announce that this Friday morning the Scale finally moved!  Yipee.  I am down 2 pounds!  I am at 168.  Now I will probably stay there for a month, but that is OK as long as there is no gain.

I don't think I could have done this without BOTT.  It has truly helped!
