Hi BOTTers,

I'm going to make this post quick because our power and Internet are flickering on/off this morning.  I don't want to be in the middle of our important check-in with each other and get zapped off the Internet!!

CARDIO:  Staying warm!!  I'm going to start slowly with Wii Fit this weekend.

FOOD:

B - 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
S - Turkey jerkey
L - Big bowl of chicken vegetable soup that is nice and hot
D - Egg beaters with extra veggies
S - Power Crunch bar.

Happy BOTT day!

Cathy

P.S.  Whew, I've never typed so fast to get this up before my power goes down!!  LOL

I hope you don't lose power for too long!!!! Hang in there and stay warm!!!!!!

I'm having a weird day~its snowing like crazy and I feel like staying curled up in my blanket and pj's all day so I haven't worked out yet. I hope this feeling passes so I can get off my butt and do something, anything!!! I think I'll have to talk myself into it, LOL!!!

My eating is also weird today~again I think its the snow, snow, snow! I feel like hibernating and eating carbs, urgh! So far today I've had and Oatmeal on the Go bar, a banana, activia light w/blueberries and a protein bar~this is NOT what I would normally eat!!! Its throwing me a little bit, but I need to get over it and continue on with my day! So for the rest of the day this is my plan:

L~salad w/chicken, cheese, croutons, ranch
S~cottage cheese
D~tuna w/crackers
S~protein shake

I don't know if I will end up sticking to this, but it helps that I put it in writing now so maybe that will keep me in line!!!!

Hope everyone has a good day!!!!

I need a BOTT days.
I just got back from a cruise (by the way was fantastic) and I am craving carbs.  I allowed myself too many carbs  while on the ship and now I am craving them like crazy... and eating them, unfortunately.  I still make good choices, but...

So for the rest of this week I will try to do "carb detox" days, and try to follow a very low carb diet.

today:

B: protein coffee (5 gr carb)
S: beef sticks (2)
L: green lettuce + chicken
S: low carb HP cereal
D: fish or chicken with lettuce
S: isopure

I hope I get home early today to do some exercises. If not, them tomorrow morning.

It will be tough, but I hope I can do that and stay away from carbs (including SF gum)

Oh  dear - sounds as though Mother Nature is going to shut off your power.  I feel almost guilty thriving here in my 71 degree weather while so many of you out there are fighting snow, ice and cold.   But, I'm forced to admit, not so guilty that I would consider even for 1/2 heartbeat moving back to Indiana and sharing your misery LOL  (On the other hand, having a guilt free excuse to snuggle up in my blanket all day sounds like a fine idea right now )

My SI joint is still giving me pain so I won't be walking, but I'll be BOTTing my thoughts and food.

My husband carefully checked the nutrition info on the pork & crawfish sausages that I dearly love and have eaten for almost 3 years.  They come 3 links to a package and each serving is 180 calories - and that's the way I've been counting them - only to discover that 3 links DOES NOT equal 3 servings, but 5.3 servings which comes out to 1/2 sausage = 159 calories (and we all know how terribly significant that 159 calories as opposed to 160 is LOL)  Could it be that when I was having one meal of those nearly everyday is the reason I was losing so slowly and sometimes even going up a bit?????    Oh well, just means I have to come up with a better food plan.  I can do that just fine!

Here's to a fine BOTT day for us each and every one

I'm in such a lazy mood.  Freezing temps inside my office and outside don't help!

Cardio:  I had so much fun on the Wii & Wii Fit last night (a couple hours of fun), so today, my whole body is aching... especially my right arm!  I'll have to stick with the treadmill today to give the rest of my body a break... and to let my kids have a turn with the Wii

Cafe:
B:cereal & banana
S:1/2 50 gram slam & cheese stick
L: chicken on salad
S: 1/2 50 gram slam & strawberries
D:  Mediterranean stuffed chicken & salad or veggies
