I am such a procrastinator when it comes to exercising. Don't know why 'cause I feel rejuvenated after working out...I am my own worst enemy sometimes.
New day= new attitude. Yes...I took my head out of my butt early this morning. I put in 29.5 minutes of elliptical/bike time. I feel awesome!!!!
I need to keep this routine up DAILY. But...baby steps...one day at a time. And if I miss a day...make sure that one day doesn't turn into a week...you get the idea!

Yes!  Even with the head games, my brain has been playing,  I have been exercising at least 5 days a week.  Maybe not as much as I should but I am doing it!

I need to get some Core exercises going and that will start today!  I have a pamplet from my Dr telling me what to start with and then a second list for later.  After that I should be ready for some *real* core exercise.

On a side note to exercise, it has been years since I could clean my house in one day, it was done a little here, a little there and DH would have to do the vacumning.   Yesterday, I was back at my pre lung problems, pre weight speed and cleaned each and every room (7 smallish) in 3 hours!

I rock!  lol

WOW!  I'm impressed.  Good for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My exercise is walking and sometimes I "trudge" and sometimes I enjoy it.  But, like you, I intend to walk at least 5 days a week.  Right now my SI joint problems are keeping me from walking at all and I can clearly see the difference it slowing down my journey to getting back to my goal weight.  Sometimes Mother Nature cuts us no slack! LOL

Have a mighty fine BOTT day

So hard to get started but I have come to realize how much better I feel when I keep up the exercise habit.  I have so much more energy.  So I have been pretty faithful.

Good for you.  That is awesome.  29.5 minutes is great.  Keep up the good work.
