Falling Off the Track

Here I am a few days from my two surgery anniversary date. I took a week off from work for an early winter vacation.  During that time of laying around and being lazy I fell off track not caring what I put into my mouth.  Not that I have a lot of junk food in the house, but not counting or measuring your food intake or writing it down is just as bad.  I am absolutely miserable!  So with that said and committed to paper I know what I have to do.  It begins with me knowing that I have food problems and with the help of BOTT I'll get them together.

You haven't done anything the rest of us have not done.   And you're already on the road to getting back on track   Good for you!!

We're in this together   Please forgive yourself, nurture yourself, and give yourself a big pat on the back for doing what you need to do to get started again.

WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER, YES WE CAN

You've taken a big first step...you came over to get help from the BOTT board. We're all here for the same reason...we need a little help/encouragement every now and again. I know logging /posting my daily intake is just a little push I need to keep me "accountable".
