Tuesday - BOTT Cafe and Cardio

Hi BOTTers,

As predicted, we have sleet and freezing rain from last night and more to come today.  My kids are thrilled because they called school yesterday in anticipation of the storm.  I'll be thrilled if we don't lose power! 

Here's my check in for today:

CARDIO:  Coming really, really soon. 

FOOD

B - 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
L - Turkey and White Cheddar Kruncheez
S - Turkey jerky
D - Southwestern Egg Beaters
S - Power Crunch bar

Good Morning All! I'm glad to hear you didn't lose power Cathy!

I'm about to do some kind of workout, but not sure what I want to do yet. I think I'm going to check out something new on my free on demand cable that I was telling Kathy about yesterday. Hope to find something fun!

D~maybe tuna w/crackers or a chicken buffalo pizza

S - Click Protein Drink
Dinner - Steak and steamed veggies

Exercise - Half hour of Jazzercise Personal Training
                   1 Hour of Jazzercise = 40 minutes cardio/20 minutes strength training

Sorry to hear the weather forecase was accurate LOL  Hopefully, you will continue to have power.  That would sure make life a whole lot simpler!

Plan to be a good little BOTTer all day.  Kind of chomping at the bit because my SI joint pain dictates I take a few days off from walking - but the pain pills have gotten that under control -don't think I'll need them any longer because now the muscle relaxants can more effectively do their job.  I'm thinking by Thursday or Friday I'll be able to start walking again.

I'm happy to report I have a grand problem.  I am between pant styles.  My slacks with elastic at the waist now have gathers at the waist so don't fit smoothly but I'm not quite able to wear my button at the waist pants.  The good news is I'm getting closer and closer to being into my button pants.  YEAH!!!

Hi fellow BOTTers!
Hang in there Cathy!  My exercise for today is that I'm taking care of my 15 month old GD, who also has the flu .  Yuck!  My food plan for today is:
Breakfast - steel cut oatmeal
Lunch - homemade chili
Snack - 1/2 banana
Dinner - meatloaf w/veggies
Snack - fage w/SF caramel

Cardio:  I have a migraine, but I'm still hoping to get in 30 min of Wii or treadmill.

Well, I'm coming on here late tonight, so there's probably no one still reading it, but . . . I'm really just checking in for my own good.

CARDIO: 30 min. cardio & 20 min. lower body & core weight train

And that's about the only positive thing I can say about the day.  It was just one of those "I can feel it's not going to be good" days, and sure enough,  I was right.  I think my problem was that I knew I was going out w/ girlfriends tonight for pizza, and that just made me edgy & nervous all day.  The crazy thing is--I did very well tonight w/ the pizza--didn't overeat at all--which makes my self-sabotaging the rest of the day particularly stupid.

Didn't eat anything terrible today, but I just grazed and ate way too much.  I'd have trouble even trying to list the damage.  Trust me--bad.  Not pre-wls bad, but way off track!

BOTT tomorrow.
