Hi BOTTers,

CARDIO:  Not quite yet.

FOOD:

B - Scrambled egg and turkey bacon
L - Turkey and White Cheddar Kruncheez
S - Small salad with squirt Italian dressing
D - Egg Beaters, Southwestern
S - Power Crunch bar

Have a wonderful day BOTTing.

Might have to edit this later, as Sundays are sort of a go-with-the-flow day once we're home from church.  On Sun. afternoons, hubby is general planted in the fam rm in front of ball games on TV, and I'm reading/napping in my easy chair in the computer/TV room!

CARDIO:  We'll see.  Later in the afternoon, both of us may hit the gym.  Sunday is a "maybe/maybe not" day for the gym.

CAFE:
B--oatmeal w/ skim milk & water, blueberries, chopped almonds, & less than 1/2 scoop protein powd mixed in
S--none (they frown on that at church! )
L--a little over 1/2 of a 6" Subway Melt & 1/2 Power Crunch bar.
S--couple wedges of Skinny Cow cheese & a handful of soy chips
D--no idea at this point
S--not sure, but I'm doing much better at making my evening snack(s) high in protein

Always,
Jo

Happy Sunday,
I didn't post yesterday, crazy day.  I also got into a jar of "reduced fat" peanut butter(like reduced fat really matters!).  I should have known better, it's a problem food for me.  But today I am back in control!!
Breakfast - steel cut oatmeal
Snack - apple
Lunch - homemade chili
Snack - banana (I'm working on getting in more fruits and veggies in)
Dinner - low carb mostaccioli w/meatball
Snack - protein drink
I'm looking forward to Monday and getting in control of myself.
Have a great day!
Deb

Good for you.,  Cathy teaches us the day after straying is the most important and you passed that test with flying colors.  I'm proud of you!!!!

I'm so happy to say that I followed my plan for eating today.  Yes, I ate considerably more calories at brunch that is normal for me - but I planned to and I did not modify my plan.  That's a new behavior for me - particularly this past year.

I also ate low-calorie the rest of the day as I planned.

Walked 1.34 miles.  Wasn't really in the notion of walking at all, but didn't let myself vote.  My husband walked with me and that helped a lot.  My female walking buddy is out of town all this week but my husband will be here until a week from tomorrow so will be well motivated and supported to keep on walking.  Tomorrow is a non-walk day - planned.

Feel like a winner as these are both different than I've acted for a long time.

Vist you all tomorrow
