Back On Track Together
Saturday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
I've had a fine BOTT day.
My SI joint is still giving me some pain but decided to get back to walking gradually (not walking wasn't yielding spectacular results) Walked 1.04 miles and, so far, don't seem to be any worse for the wear
Since it is 9:45 p.m., it's a little late to pledge for today so will commit to a BOTT food day tomorrow with walking as joint allows.
The food challenge tomorrow will be that I will be eating brunch out with friends. It will be an omelet with only two meals for the day.

I've had a fine BOTT day. Discovered a new meal - 1 serving single-serving jello = 10 cal +
1 single serving jello with fruit = 25 cal and 1 scoop Unjury unflavored protein powder = 100 cal Total cal = 135 Protein = 20 g
My SI joint is still painful but decided since not walking wasn't yielding spectacular results, I'd give walking a short distance a try - so....walked 1.04 miles(I love my walking GPS!). So far, don't seem to have any negative results
Tomorrow will be a bit of a challenge - for one thing I won't know EXACTLY how many calories I've consumed (that drives me a little cuckoo)
Here's the plan - am having brunch with friends. Will have a marvelous omelet (picked the resturant because they have my favorite omelet) Which will be my breakfast and lunch Will end the day with a low calorie meal and get back with my regular food plan on Monday.
