I slept in this morning! Yeah weekends!!!
Here's my check in for today:
CARDIO: Hmmm, soon.
FOOD:
B - Scrambled egg and high fiber toast
L - Salad with Southwestern chicken
S - White Cheddar Kruncheez
D - Chicken breast and vegetables, pear
S - Power Crunch bar

GOOD MORNING BOTTers
CARDIO - at work today so not sure, I will try to move more
FOOD -
B - oatmeal with blueberries and walnuts
S - small apple 2 wedges laughing cow light
L - 1 c homemade chili (NO CRACKERS ALLOWED)
S - protein drink made with 1 scoop Click 1 scoop body fortress chocolate and water
D - chicken with veggies
S - 1 pc ham lunch meat and 1 boiled egg (I hope that planning a snack for the evening will help with evening munchies... see my post)
ETA - didnt want the snack above so I had sf butterscotch pudding with protein mixed in with a tbs of sf coolwhip

Cardio for today is done! Did 30 minutes on the treadmill and then did a core work out.
Breakfast-Yogurt w/protein powder
Lunch-Protein shake
Dinner-eating out with Friends..not sure what's on the menu
**edited** I had the dragon fire chicken breast with brown rice and broccoli for dinner**
Snack Hot tea
I used to enjoy the power crunch bars but have not had any in a while..I think I will order me some today.

Thank you very much!!! I have a terrible cold (can't remember the last time I had a cold) and not feeling well at all. So I am going to try and eat well today.... I am going to stay with oatmeal, soup and such.... not more will go down

Went to the gym: 35 min. cardio & 20 min. lower body & core weight training
Cafe: Really trying to keep a grip today--wkends are notoriously a downfall for me!
B--EAS choc protein drink
S--6 soy chips & 2 Laughing Cow cheese wedges
L--bean salad w/ about 12 soy chips, 1/2 SB protein bar
S--plan on 1/2 apple cut up & rolled in choc protein powder/Splenda
D--have no idea--will probably scrape together leftovers--no plans tonight
S--Power Crunch bar--later, maybe a sf/ff pudding cup w/ choc protein powder mixed in

well i blew my 1st day of couch to 5k yesterday (headache was in the way) I'm going to do it today. I slept into 8: 00, could have stayed in bed longer but I was picking up my sister today we were going with her daughter, grandson and son-in-law to Hershey Chocolate World. Aleex the little guy loves the little ride thing that tells you the story of how chocolate is made. He went on the ride 3 times (i did 2 rounds) its so great to watch how excited he is w/the singing cows .. he got so excited when we round the bend and he saw all the chocolate. They give you free samples when you exit and today it was Hershey Bilss (choc/raspberry) Yes I ate two of them, one for each ride...

s - 2 hershey bills candies
l - chili and I ate the roll they gave me.. I should have had a better breakfast my bad
s - 1 oh yeah wafer stick and a bite of hershey special dark chocolate
d - chicken/ricotta/cheese pizza (home made)
the bite of special dark chocolate was from stress. without getting into to many details, my sister and i lets just say its not always fun, she is a challenge for me (especially for 6 hours)
I let it get the better of me. I'm decompressing as I type.. oh I just burned the pizza ha..
oh well it will be fine.
