Hello everyone!!!

CARDIO - - 30 minutes on the treadmill, walking no jogging today, was not in the mood to exercise at all.

FOOD - -
B - my oatmeal
S - small apple 2 pc ham 1 oz cheese
L - homemade chili
S - ??
D - ??
It is cold and finally snowing here, so I just want to curl up and not do anything!!!!!

Hi fellow BOTTers!
I've been running all day today!  Here's what I ate:
Breakfast - apple w/peanut butter
Lunch - ham and cheese roll w/dill pickle
Dinner - italian beef minus roll and salad
Snack - protein drink
