Happy BOTT Friday,

I hope that everyone is doing great and feeling well.  I'm still up/down with this crud I've had.  Lesson learned:  Take care of yourself by putting your health first when you get sick instead of thinking it'll just go away!! 

CARDIO:  Not yet but I will hopefully soon!

FOOD:

B - 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
L - Chicken soup with vegetables, lots of chicken w/Parm. Protein Chips (from Kay's Naturals)
S - Turkey
D - Morningstar Soy Sausages (6)
S - Power Crunch bar

No work out today, jus too much to get done, but I'll make up for it tomorrow!!!

B~not eating anything b/c I won't eat before I weigh in at the dr's at 10:30am
S~taking a protein shake with me in the truck to down once I get out of the appt
L~salad w/chicken, cheese, croutons, ranch
S~activia w/fresh blueberries
D~we are going to a bday party tonite so I might have a small slice of pizza. If not I'm going to make myself the Buffalo chicken pizza or some tuna
S~protein bar or shake

Morning!!

I am feeling refreshed as I look back on this week...I have gone to the gym 3 days this week!!! For over an hour workouts all three times! I am still getting the food back on track but the exercise is there...I am shooting for 5 days next week...and more protein than carbs...

Before gym-Special K Protein Bar
Breakfast-3oz chicken breast
Lunch-Lean Pocket
Dinner-Chicken Parmesan...3oz chicken, very little noodles, few peices of bread with olive oil...(went on a date with my fiance boy it was good!)

Snacks-1 cup of white cheddar popcorn, 1 chocolate chip cookie

Another week has come and gone!  All in all this week was not to bad, I think I am on with the food, but need to get my rear in gear and get some cardio into my day... I do not think I will be getting there next week, as we are leaving tomorrow for VA to go find a house as we are moving there in a few weeks...

Here is yesterdays stats:
B~ Slim Fast
AM S~ Apple
L~ small slice of leftover homemade ham and pineapple pizza
Mid Day S~ 1oz almonds and a small banana
D~ went to Olive Garden for my Hubby's B-day, had salad, a bowl of minestrone soup and a bread stick
PM S~ a very small slice of cake

Liquids:
32oz Iced SF Coffee
80oz Water

Vitamins:
2 Flinstones
Calcium
Iron
Magnesium
B-12
Omega 3,6,9
Biotin
Folbic

Cardio:
As you saw above, nadda! :(

Still having some pain so am going to only walk a little after work today.  I tend to either not walk at all or demand my body perform at a no-problem level.  Will I ever learn

I marvel as I look back on this week during which my weight  has been a little down one day - a little up another and can hardly believe I'm not in a frenzy.  Now that is GROWTH big time.  I believe it is because you all are so accepting that I am allowing myself to accept me just where I am.  I am doing my part by sticking to my food plan and leaving the results to Mother Nature.  (Can't deny I'd like to kick her in the rear - but that would probably make her slower LOL)  

I have changed my thinking from I've got to get this regained weight off as soon as I can to - I've got the rest of my life to get the weight off so I'll just stay on track and see what happens.  Now this is from the Queen of Impatience! 

Thank you BOTTers for being there.  Let's all have a super-fine BOTT weekend.

The sun is shining and I'm so excited I am done work for the day.  I'm heading first to the Hershey outlets to Chicos.. I need a few longsleeved round neck layering tops.  All the ones I had are to big.  yeah.  Later today I'm either going for a walk along the river or doing day one of the couch to 5k.. (i'm thinking  the later) only because this weekend I'm going to see if my niece will run a 5k with me in the april/may timeframe.  .. wa whoo

b- skim milk with kashi crunch
s- hard boiled egg (trying to boost up protein today)
l - steamed chicken wrap
S- protein drink or bar
d - i'm thinking of doing a chicken / pineapple pizza tortilla

I ended up eating a small fry and frosty aaahhh why i don't know I was thinking food would help my headache and nothing else sounded appealing..

Well driving over I ended up with a headache that just kept getting worse... I ended up getting two tops for 17 dollars total..  I ended up coming home and going to sleep for a bit.. I was so psyched because of the great weather and I ended up sleeping it away.  Oh well life goes on and tomorrow is another day.

What a bargain - wish I had a Chicos outlet nearby!  Think you most likely needed the rest or you would not have snoozed like you did.  Sometimes our bodies take over and force us to get what we need. in spite of ourselves.

Hi everyone,

I feel like I'm making progress, thanks to all you BOTTers!  Honestly, throughout my day, I often think of some of the things that you guys post, and it makes me feel like I'm not in this alone!

I went to the gym every day this week, and I feel like each day my eating was just a little better.  Now let's hope I can stay committed through the weekend!

CARDIO: Had a good workout today--35 min. cardio & 20 min. upper body & core weight training.

CAFE: 
B--EAS choc protein drink
S--none today (unusual)
L--bean salad from yest. & about 10 soy chips; just a few almonds
S--plan on cottage cheese w/ fruit
D--plan on making Tracy B's buffalo chicken pizza for the 1st time!
S--plan on a protein bar and probably another protein snack (we eat dinner fairly early & I'm up late, so I often have a couple snacks in the evening even when I'm totally on-track).
