Give yourself a planned break from your diet every once in a while.  Figure out what you can enjoy without undermining your weight loss.  Today I got some FF Redi whip, just a timy bit makes all the difference to my jello or pudding!

I truly believe that if we REALLY wanted to lose weight we would - the tricky part is figuring out what perceived need we fulfill by not losing - then devise a healthy way to get that need met.  In almost every case, the need is a healthy need - it's just the way we're trying to meet it that's unhealthy.
