A Little Good News!

Well, I'm off this morning to go to my 4yr follow up appt. I have been working hard since Jan 2nd to try to get some of the holiday weight gain off. I was 167 that day and haven't really weighed myself since then. I got on the scale this morning and I am 161~YEAH!!!! So, 6lbs in 3wks isn't too bad. At my 3yr appt I was 162lbs so at least I know I will weigh in close to what I was last year and don't have to be embarrassed! I already knew when I worked with my tool I could make things happen, but this is a good reminder to me. Now, if I can just stay motivated to keep this up so I can make it back into the 150's. All of you are helping me and motivating me to continue so thanks to all!!!!!!!!!

Awesome Job Tracy!!!

Congrats on the weight loss, and good luck at your Dr. Appointment!  I am sure you will continue to lose especially knowing that the 150's are knocking on your door!  Trust me, I am in the 160's and can not wait to get back into the 150's, hopefully by the end of Feb (if not sooner).

Have a great BOTTing weekend!

Way to go Tracy!  6 lbs. in 3 weeks is great!

You're an inspiration to me as I'm hoping to make it into the 150's!  I've been holding steady at around 170 for awhile.

Warmly -

I'm so proud of you.  I have a mid-Feb 6 month appointment for a fill and as slowly as I'm losing what I regained I think I will not be down to what I was 6 months ago - but I am going down so that's what counts - and I have the rest of my life to get down - so long as I'm staying on track (and a big THANK YOU to each and every one of you out there for all the help you are for me!) I'm ignoring my "deadlines" which haven't served me very well in the past.

Thank you all so much! The appt went well~all bloodwork looks good and my cholesteral was down to 153 so I'm happy that it keeps getting lower and lower! The dr is happy with my weight and doesn't understand why I want to lose more, LOL! I told him I know in the scheme of things being in the 150's isn't that important, but its important to me mentally and physically~I just feel better when I'm in that weight range. I feel so fortunate to be 4yrs out, healthy and happy! Thank you all for your support!

Glad your appmt. went so well!  You have worked hard to maintain within a very small margin; we all know how hard that is!

Just wanted to let you know that I made your buffalo chicken pizza tonight, and both my DH & I liked it a lot!  I added mushrooms & gr pepper.  I was a little skeptical about how the whole wheat tortilla would be as a substitute for real pizza crust, but it was great!  Thanks for the idea and the easy directions!

Always,
Jo
