CARDIO
1 hr at the gym 4 miles
FOOD
B - oatmeal minus my usual raisins added blueberries instead cut down on the sugar
S - post workout - tuna sald and crackers (they are my devil, buttery salty, so good) (damit)
L - 1/2 tortilla pizza with low carb tortilla pesto sauce chicken mozzarella and tomatos
S - probrably a protein drink
D - not sure yet
working on 100 oz water today
1/2 vits in already will take the rest tonight

Cardio: 30 min on treadmill
I think my daughter wants to compete against me in the exercise department. She's been outdoing me on the treadmill (meaning more days per week). Maybe I'll make a chart and winner gets a prize!
Boy oh boy did I ENJOY me a HUGE bagel this morning!! With that being said I'm off the carbs (with the exception of my Kay's Protein Chips) for the rest of the day =) Nothing new going on in my life. My girl Angie is in the "why did I do this" phase of surgery and being what 2 days out she entitled!!
B: Bagel & Garden cream cheese
S: 1/2 bag of Kay's Protein Chips
L: Tuna Tofu Casserole; 1/2 corn cob
S: 2.8oz Tuna Cup w/Light Mayo
D: Shesh I forgot to take something out...maybe just a veggie stir fry??
Water: 15 cups so far
Vitamins: Multi; 1200mg Calcium Citrate w/D; Hair Regime (on target)
Exercise: 3-4 mile walk tonight

hmm not my best day but I'm going to post and stay honest w/myself and everyone else
b - mini muffin from cafe and 16 oz vanilla coffee
s - 1/2 of a smartforme wafer
l - about 3/4 cup of chicken brushetta and 1/2 of a 6 oz yogurt
s - 4 mini dipping pretzel sticks
s - 1/2 of smartforme wafer
d - left over beef/chicken fajita with peppers and onions (5:00)
at 8:00 i cleaned out my refrigerater (tomorrow is trash day) I started checking the expire dates for the condiments and all on the door of the fridge.. stuff i rarely use.. did I clean house, i got rid of so much stuff.. my fridge now looks bare and I will not replace stuff until I need it. Oh I got momentum going and I cleaned the one shelf that has things like vinegar, olive oil.. the condiments you don't need to keep cold.. yep more stuff gone.. I cleaned them out and put all the bottles etc in recycling. I'm on a roll now I need to go thru the spices and meds in the other cabinet.
Oh I had two hard boiled eggs also.
