Back On Track Together
I'm so MAD at ME!!!
I just don't get it!!! I'm 10 pounds from my goal and I'm blowing it!!! I don't understand why I'm sabotaging myself. It is llike I'm afraid to reach my goal. I really need a good talking to so I'm turning to my Botter friends to give me a good talking to. I know some of you have been here, the last 10 pounds....I'm just so mad at myself right now HELP ME....I'VE FALLEN AND CAN'T GET UP!!!
It does get scary when we get close to our goals. Its like "ok, I made my goal, now what do I do?" I've never been good at maintainance so why would I be good at it this time? For me I know I was also obsessed with seeing the scale move downward~it gave me a high~and I didn't want to let that feeling go! There are many, many reasons why we will sabotage ourselves as we get close to goal. But, Keep your Eye on the Prize! You CAN do this and make it to your goal! Call on all the emotions your having right now and use them to help fuel your fire to get to your goal!!!!! Good Luck to You!!!!!!!!!!!

That usually means that when we reach goal we are going to have to give up some protection/expectation/demand we have used our weight as an excuse to avoid. Doing this simply makes us human.
If you can figure out what that is, you will be able to figure out a healthy way to accomplish the same thing and you'll be on your way.
Oh, by the way - you will still be welcome here even if you are back on track - personally, I plan to stay here forever and ever
Being mad at yourself will only make you want to run and hide from yourself when you are figuring out your reason for most likely it won't make sense to your "thinkier" because now your "feeler" is totally in control. So....I invite you to be very gentle with yourself - treat yourself as you would a scared 2 year old and you will make a great deal more progress in resolving this whole thing and galloping on to your goal
Thanks so much for trusting us with your tender spot
