Wednesday - BOTT Cafe and Cardio

Hey everyone!!!
Cardio - 30 min couch to 5k program additional 30 min walking
                 plus 3 miles walking at work

Food
B - my oatmeal
S - small apple 1 oz cheese 1 pc ham
L - 1 c homemade chili small salad
S - protein shake made with water
D - chicken and veggie bake
aiming for 100 water currently at 80
all vitamins

Congrats on the contacts!  I tried to use them, I was able to get them in, but could never get them out! So, for today:
Cardio - chasing two 13 month old grandbabies for 9 hours! 
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - almonds
Lunch - 1/2 apple w/peanut butter
Dinner - pulled pork
Snack - fage w/sf caramel

I'm checking in late today, but I still thought I'd post.

Cardio:  30 min. cardio, 15 min. weight training--legs & core

Cafe: 
B--EAS choc protein drink
S--handful of almonds
L--leftover chicken/peas/cheese cass
S--cottage cheese w/ a little dry sf jello added & couple peach slices
S (another one)--SB protein bar
D--oatmeal (I know--weird--I was in the mood) w/ handful of blueberries & 1/2 scoop protein powder added
S--1/2 Oh Yeah protein bar; several sf popsicles; more almonds; some soy chips  (I know . . . grazing.)

Rather heavy on the snacks today.   Not good.
