Back On Track Together

My "Back on Track" moment

At work this morning, someone left a big box of cupcakes. (damn them!)

I've been craving one all morning. I managed to hold out until my snack time so that at least I could do one bite of protein, one bite of cake, and try to avoid mainlining the sugar!

After half of the cupcake, I was done with it. It was all sugar and no taste, and just didn't sit well with me. Threw the rest out, and finished my yogurt and hardboiled egg.

WOW for me!!!

You are spectacular!     What a great thing to 1-throw it away and not save it "for later"  2-to plan when you would eat it AND follow your plan  3-to learn it wasn't worth it so you won't have to go there again

I'm so proud of you!!!!!

Have a super BOTT day

Wendy~

Good job for you!!

Isn't it amazing when we think something will be so good and then nothing?  It tastes horrible?  Just reaffirms that "nothing tastes as good as being thin feels'!!!

Have a great BOTTy day!!

Wendy, I'm in awe!!  Every time I read something like this, it encourages me.    (I can do it . . . I can do it . . . )

Always,
