Tuesday - BOTT Cafe and Cardio
Well, started off the day in a good way....planned breakfast and made my lunch to take to work. Planned my workout schedule and dinner for my DS's and I (hubby works until 8:30 p).
I am going to try to see how much of the inaugaration festivities I can catch on tv. My coworkers planned a pizza party for today.......not going to eat it!! Will bring a treat of my own with my lunch.

I plan to eat out this evening and will most likely exceed my normal caloric intake - nothing unhealthy just a bit higher in calories than usual. But that is life and I will be back on my restricted amount tomorrow.
Am a bit closer to my goal and that is great Still can't button my size 6 pants but I'm on my way to being able to do that
I'm sure not going to walk in the park at these temperatures, but will walk in the mall Probably 2.4 miles - that's 3 rounds.

This is my first day of accountability with the group...I will do previous days food and exercise which works out better for me since I am in the midst of wedding planning and seriously cannot think that far ahead with food and such...lol
Pre work out- cheese stick
B-3 oz chicken breast
S-2oz mini pepperoni and 2 slices cheese
L-2oz chicken breast with A-1 sauce, 1/4 cup green beans, small salad with ranch
D-4oz chicken (lemon pepper rotisserie), 1/4 cup green beans, 1/4 cup mac and cheese
S-1 cup popcorn, 2 small butterfinger bells...
workout-30 min treadmill on 3 incline, 45 min of weights, abs are killing me today and my butt is too lol Must have done some good then huh? lol
Liquids-64oz
Vitamins-2 multi (chewable centrum) 2 calcium (caltrate) B12, Biotin

I will not be walking this evening after work - Just got word my glasses are in so will need to go by and pick them up. Since I've walked everyday for over a week, am giving myself this evening off guilt free.
I expect this and eating out will be reflected on the scales for a day or so, but this getting back to goal weight isn't a marathon race - it's a process and I seruiyskt doubt the world will come to an end if I take a planned detour

Cardio: I got called to sub teach just for the morning, so I'm waiting til my DH gets home from work & will go to the gym w/ him. Not my fav time to workout, but oh well. Will do 30-35 min. cardio and plan to finally start back w/ weight training--will probably only do a few weight stations to get started.
Cafe:
B: EAS choc protein drink
S: handful of almonds
L: ham, cheese, one slice bacon, dab of lt. mayo on 1 sl. whole wheat toast; 4 full-bodied potato chips--geez!!!
S: SB protein bar
D: will have leftover cheesy chicken-pea casserole
S: planning on apple w/ a little p.b.; sf popsicles (after 4 1/2 yrs., I'm still addicted to these things)
