Monday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio

Hi all !
I got my new pedometer today and working on 10,000 steps.  It's great, it doesn't have to be attached ,it works when it's in my purse!
Today I had:
Breakfast - Low sugar oatmeal
Lunch - LF cheese, TJ's pepper and tomato soup
Snack - 1/2 click
Dinner - chicken strips w/veggies
Snack - Protein drink

Cafe:
B - cereal w/ soy
S - 1/2 50 Gram Slam
L - bean salad, chicken salad w/ lemon juice dressing
S - cheese stick, 1/2 50 Gram Slam
D - a little venison and chicken, mushroom noodles
LNS - L cool whip w/ PB and spoon of choc

Cardio:  30 minutes on the treadmill

Hi everyone!!!!
Cardio - did week 2 day 1 of the couch to 5k then continued on the treadmill for a total of 1 hour

B - oatmeal with protein, walnuts and raisins
L - 3/4 of a small wendys chili, 1/4 of a side salad
S - med. caramel frapuccino with sf caramel
D - tortilla pizza with pesto and chicken
40 oz water so far and all vitamins in
need more protein so a warm protein drink is in my future

I have been slacking the past few days on posting  but I am back!

B - protein shake
L - omelet with cheese, olives and bacon bits
S - string cheese
D - meat & cheese rollups

Today I did a 45min pilates/cardio workout.

Here's my "cafe" menu for the day:

pre WO:  NSA hot chocolate

B:  halibut and guacamole

L:  hamburger, saurkraut (with a nice pat of butter....YUM!)

S:  banana w/ pb

D:  pork roast, baked sweet potato

S:  SF fudgsicle

Hi everyone~

It was a beautiful day in Cali today...........and I enjoyed my day off!!

B~protein shake
S~17 special K crackers with SF jelly
L~3 ozs veal 1/2 cups sauteed veggies
S~2 dried peach slices
D~5 homemade buffalo chicken wings


All my water and vitamins.  Started the Couch to 5K training program.  I did really well...30 minutes of treadmill.
