Back On Track Together
Sunday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
I hope everyone is having a great weekend. I've been sick for so long that since I'm feeling a little bit better, I want to go and play....do something fun. I need to write a couple of articles for the magazine so I'm trying to decide. I know! Maybe I'll go play and wait to be inspired.....I think I'd heard that excuse from my kids before and I didn't buy it with them! Maybe I'll flip a quarter - anyone have a double headed quarter??!! My husband told me he could tell I was feeling a little better because I was feisty. (Is that good or bad?!)
Anyway, here's my check in for today:

FOOD:
B - 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
S - Turkey jerky
L - Turkey and White Cheddar Kruncheez

I was up (kinda / sorta) last night.. I was trying to watch some silly movie on TV.. I know I dozed thru most of it and finally gave up at 2 a.m. I finally got out of bed between 8:30 an 9 which is late for me on a normal day. I'm sitting here looking out the window watching a light snow falling.. It looks so pretty, I may have to go out and venture in it.. I might even go for an outside walk ... we shall see how the day proceeds
B - finished a protein drink I started last night
L - chicken bruschetta - about 1/2 a cup (chicken, basil, diced tomatoes, garlic, mozz cheese & stove top stuffing.. I need to find a better substitute for the stuffing)
S - protein drink
D - I think tuna salad wrap.. not sure yet
Enjoy your Sunday.. Maria
I'm so glad you are on the mend! What a long siege you have had and you have remained a BOTTer thorough it all
Just got back from a 3.2 mile walk in the mall. Yesterday I had planned to walk 3 miles in the park but I had a mega energy drain - haven't been getting my B-12 in like I usually do - so had to stop at 2 miles. I felt good that I was back to being able to walk 3.
Am having a fine BOTT day as I hope all of you are.
Thought for the day - The world isn't fair or I would burn 1000 calories with each load of laundry I do
Will be back checking in tomorrow Thanks for being there for and with me You're the cream of the crop
