Thanks for a wonderful post and sharing your successes with us
This past week has been a back to reality kinda for me. I am planning my meals better, have my vitamins in my little pill box, and doing some exercise....what I am seeing now.....I need to start dealing with the head issues of my eating choices
I too, hit some speed bumps and made some bad choices, thanks to BOTT's I didn't run the car in the ditch but ran a few stop signs
I am looking foward to posting here and getting help from our fellow BOTT'ers to work on these issues.
