Hi Everyone!!
Just wanted to introduce myself so you won't have to wonder who I am as you will see me posting around here quite frequently!!
My name is Flora and I live in North Alabama, I turned 27 in March and am getting married in March '09 to my wonderfully awesome fiance' Anthony. I only have about 9 weeks to go to the wedding and want to look as great as possible...I am starting back to the gym Monday morning without fail! I want to really get back on track and this group is perfect for me so Thanks for letting me join you!!!

I had my surgery 4-23-2007...
Highest weight 285, LW 162, CW 175, GW 150
I have a little bit to go to get to my goal but I am confident I can get there!!

Welcome Flora! Congrats on the wedding! I met and married my husband when I was big and gained a lot of weight when I was dating him, on my wedding day I weighed 309lbs, and it was still one of the best days of my life, although I would have loved to be thinner...
I am sure you will meet your goal, you have come to a great place. Everyone here is sooooo supportive and caring, it really is a great place to be!

Nice to meet you. We have a great group here so I hope you'll hang out here a lot.
Congratulations on your upcoming wedding. Nine weeks is doable and we're here for you. We have a daily check in post that is voluntary where we share and commit to our food and exercise for the day. Kathy also has an exercise post that she makes too.

WELCOME! So glad you joined us Flora. 
I hope this site proves as helpful to you as it has been to me. There are the warmest, most caring and supportive folks I've met anywhere. It is amazing that the site is only one month and one day old (and I didn't even find it until it was almost a week old) and yet I feel as though they have been my friends for years. It is a place where it is safe to share not only your good days but your not so good days and to have no doubt that you will be accepted and encouraged. We believe in each other and that makes it so much easier to accept and believe in ourselves - whatever kind of day we're having.
How wonderful you have found the love of your life and you're about to embark on a life together. I wish you happiness. I have no doubt that he is a very lucky man to have you to share his life with. (Look at the feeling and not the grammar please LOL) Congratulations to both of you.
