Did You Move To Lose Today? Getting BOTT with walking.

Everyone hates exercise but knows it's so important for getting back on track and staying on track  A great place to start is walking  


Most of us can't run due to bad knees and or back issues from the  excess weight we carried all our lives... 

Walking can be a great way to take that first baby step to getting back on track with your exercise   

Here are some websites that will help you get started.  Grab  your pet, co-workers and or neighbors to walk with you.  Start your own walking club.  It's harder to say I don't feel like it today when you have people knocking on your door!

It's Friday and the weekend is here.  If it's nice out where you live, get your butt outside and smell the fresh air, walk your fur babies.  If you live in the freeze zone like me, go to a mall, or local Y to use the track.

I am so gunna search for the couch to 5K, I have been on my treadmill consistently for 2 weeks.  My left knee is getting a bit sore as it does from an old injury so I am going to mix it up today , maybe the stability ball instead of the couch while I watch tv on the freezing day

I find on a cold day it's fun to find the FiTV station as they have tons of shows with different workouts.  Also, dancing, shadow boxing is pretty cool  and a great workout!

Give that knee a rest ok
