Doing the Happy Dance!!!!!

I was getting reeeeally tired of people telling me that my scrubs were too big. I ordered 3 new sets. Now mind you...these were unisex so they run a size big. So I decided to live dangerously and ordered them in a Small. Not only do they fit...but they're big and loose in the butt and thigh. And the shirt is big enough that I can wear my usual long sleeve shirt underneath. So needless to say...even though the scale hasn't been nice lately...I'm glad to say...YES I CAN WEAR A SMALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can remember when I was at my thinnest, I worked at an outpatient surgical center. I was able to wear the extra smalls when I could find them. Sometimes, I miss those days, but I have to tell ya... my energy levels are much higher now that my weight is at a safer place.

I am so happy for you. Love these wow moments. Hmmmmm, I haven't had those in awhile.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

Oh don't you just love love love it! I can't wait to get into a real small! But unless the batwings disappear that isn't going to happen if I am wearing sleeves or have plastics!

As for the fickle unfriendly scales, mine is not moving either right now but I realized yesterday that I was hooking my bra to its tightest and not uncomfortable! So the inches are going and the loss will show up eventually.

What a great WOW! Isn't that exciting?? It is those moments that we treasure and remember.

The scale in no way says the whole story. Yes, weight loss is an outside job that you see the results but also inside as well. Your body is healthier inside and out.
