When I'm struggling I try (not always do LOL) to stop and ask myself. "What am I to lear from this?"

As I shared on mu earlier message, I am losing at a snails pace right now when, of course, I want to lose at a gallop   Thanks to this group, my attitude is still up-beat and I want to keep it that way!!!!!

So, What Am I To Learn From This?

My wise and beloved grandmother used to say, "There's nothing so bad but what there's a little good in it."

So, what's the good in this slow losing time?

What I came up with is that if it so slow for me to lose regained weight it will make me stop and think before I might get off track again.  Now if I'm not a slow-learner and do learn that lesson it is not a "little good" it is a MONUMENTAL GOOD.

Any thoughts on what else I can learn?

Oh, don't worry about offending me  - I love it when people laugh with me!

My goal is to stay on this track and all of you are such a wonderful help to me in doing that.  When I talk to others (and we can all talk sensibly when we're talking to others LOL)  I am talking to me at the same time and then you resond with such caring and support it makes my day

Enjoy you being you
