Re-losing S L O W

After being a "star" because I lost so well originally, my very slow re-losing is a bit frustrating  I'm ready to tell Mother Nature, "OK already, I've smelled the roses no let's get on with it.   What would I have been likely to have done without all of caring, support and encouragement - that's a no-brainer - I would have eaten a horse and chased its rider

Now let's see:
I am losing, but very very slowly
I want to lose - otherwise I wouldn't care if I was losing slowly (and I care!)
I have many BOTT days behind me
I have exercised well
So, what I should do so I will lose faster is to eat my head off

I DON'T THINK SO  - PATIENCE0 is the word for today!   I think a MUCH MUCH better solution might well be to eat less  (Now there's a novel concept.for us LOL)

Thanks from my heart for believing in me!

Have a fine BOTT day, my friends

Don't get caught up in scale hell.  Stay away and use how you feel and how your clothes fit.  Give yourself credit for getting back on track and losing.  You have my admiration and you are an inspiration!!!

Keep up the great job you are doing

Take care,
Kathy

Thanks - good advice.  We have an outstanding homeonutritionist in our community and she has given me some enzymes and minerals she believes will help my constipation (since it takes an act of God AND Congress to "move me along" and has for years  I'm not so sure this little item will do the trick but  will sure give it a try) and my metabolic processes.  She also gave me something to improve my metabolic processes.  We'll see how that goes.
