coffee w/ half and half and sf raspberry syrup
L: pork roast w/ mustard
snk: pork roast w/ sf bbq
D: big salad and maybe more pork??

I know you are wanting to start exercising but don't do it until you get "all" better and the ok from your doctor.  I made the mistake once of getting back to soon and had a big relapse.  So take care of yourself and don't worry  

I did some work on my butt, but don't have one   so not sure if it did any good 

Food today was:

B - oatmeal with whey vanilla protein
S - apple with LF peanut butter
L - roast beef, LF cheese and SF pickle roll up, red and yellow peppers
S - protein bar
D - grilled chicken breast with baked sweet potato
S - Not sure, maybe some Fage

I had my first CLICK today, OMG, it's my new favorite thing!!! 
Breakfast - click
Lunch - 3 oz. TJ's pot roast
Dinner - protein shake
My stomach has been bothering me this afternoon.  I hope it's not the flu.

Hello everyone I know this kinda late. I'm still working nights.. I haven't posted lately I've been so busy I've been lucky to sit down today. So today was okay. My hubby take me out to lunch and ...yes it was olive garden I used their sm bread plates to fix my portion and got a to go box. drank only sweetened splenda tea before my meal and made sure to listen to my body and stopped when I was satified not stuffed. Before my surgery it would have not mattered I would have had 3-4 glasses of peach tea and ate the salad, bread, and ate all of my food until I couldn't move. I'm so happy I made my choice to change my life!
1/2 liter water/crystal lite
bf: ham roll up w/ cheese
vitamins & supplements & 8oz water
l: sm olive garden salad, 1/4 of stuffed chicken w/mushrooms
   1.5 stuffed ravoli, 1 bite of mashed potatoes
16oz water
d: 3.5 oz of chicken breast,3 bites of mashed potatoes(shared w/ the kids) 2bites of a breadstick
 and it hurt!
cup of coffee w/ ff milk & splenda more water.
evening vit/supplements
