We find when it's cold outside and you have to dig to find the front door it's hard to want to get up and Move.  One area of the body that lets you know when you are sitting to much is your "butt" 

My workout today was on the one part of my body I love to hate....my butt!  Baby got back!!!  Sure, sure...

I took an exercise band and tied it and place it around my ankles..do side steps

If I am working out from home, I use a chair to do my quats by sitting down on a chair, but just stopping short of touching it.  And lunges down a hall way.

I had a very hard time trying to get creative with my exercise today.  It's not usually cold in the part of Texas that I live in but, today it's COLD!!!!  The high for today is around 32 which is very rare for this area.  Outside is not an option, even more with a 3 month old baby.....and my treadmill is broken....not sure WTH but that's life.

I did get my butt moving.....sad sight to see as it was only jump rope!  Get the old ticker going for sure.  Trying not to give myself a black eye.....that's another story in it's self!

You know here 32 would be a heat wave    When you find it hard to exercise try something different, think FUN!  What would be fun?  Turn on FiTV and they have all kinds of things to do, dancing, weights, cardio and such.  Also, just put on some great music and dance with your baby  

Kudos to you for getting that booty shaking

Keep up the great job you are doing and again you look amazing

I'm working a 12hr shift today, and was planning on doing 10min of a workout DVD just so that I can continue my "do something every day" goal.

I will follow through on that, but just let me say this. DAMN! I've been busy today! Literally running my ass off!!
