The support on this message board is FANTASTIC!

I missed the BOTT cafe yesterday because I was a little under the weather and in bed.  Yesterday was BOTT day #7 for me and I lost 3.8 lbs my first week!

As a result of all the support and the accountability, I feel that my first week was a GREAT success.
