Stick to your dietary commitments for at least 30 days.  After the first 30 days, you will have pacticed the behavior long enough to consider it a habit.      I so want drinking my water to just be a habit and not such a chore!

Pay special attention today to how you feel before and after meals.  Are you hungry at mealtime?  Do you feel a comfortable sense of fullness without being stuffed when your'e done?
