I am not having a good day for exericse. Im kinda sore this morning. But I am going to try and get some cardio in tonight in the form of cycling on my staionary bike.

l - grilled chicken sandwich w/cheese and a few baked lays
(crash  .. i might explain in a bit...)
about a cup total of apple crisp and peach cobbler

6 oz yogurt

shredded bbq w/swiss cheese

Hi everyone!
Today has been a good day.  I got my CLICK !!  I can't wait for tomorrow to try it!  Today I ate the following:
Breakfast - ham and cheese frittata
Snack - 1/2 fage w/honey
Lunch - 3 oz. trader joe's pot roast
Dinner - 4 oz chicken breast w/veggies
Snack - 1/2 fage or protein shake

Hello Everyone,
I had a really fantastic day.  Things are going so well I need someone to pinch me and bring me back to reality.  I'm on the East Coast so its about 10:30p and I'm just posting my menu for today and I've eatten everything except for the soup.

B - 3 sl of Turkey Bacon w/ 1 slice of Spinach Quiche
S - EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
L - 4oz Salmon Salad - tossed green spinach salad
      2 tblsp of dressing LF
S - Peanut Butter & SF Strawberry Jam on WW Bread
D - Grilled Salmon w/ 1/2 cup of Greens
S - Homemade Veg Soup ??

Exercise: Worked out with PT using free weights & machine 60mins
Cardio:     Kick Boxing 30mins

Hi everyone, I havent been on in a couple of days due to work....I havent done any formal excercise since Thurdsay due to my work schedule, but I average about 12000 steps per day at work.  I am missing it.
today I ate
B - my usual oatmeal
S - small apple 1 oz cheese
L - homemade broccoli cheese soup small salad
S - Click - 12 oz water 1 scoop body fortress chocolate 1 scoop click
coffee drink thing (honestly prob way too much sugar, I felt weird afterward)
D - homemade tortilla pizza
S - 1/4 of a sf microwave cake in a cup
60 oz crystal light thru the day all vitamins and 13295 steps at work
