Back On Track Together
Lesson from BOTTers
I shared (okay, more like confessed) my slight slip off the track last night when I had breathing problems. I've learned some lessons from all of you and our combined group we've built together.
First, after you've been on track, if you eat junk, it sits in your pouch and feels like rocks. You wake up feeling like you are pregnant with morning sickness of nausea. It isn't worth it! Truly, I'm going to remember that feeling.
Second, I feel like last night was a success. Huh? I ate some things off track. The things I ate were nothing compared to what I would have done before BOTT. I would have eaten more than I did and got into those pretty little boxes my family received of never ending trigger food goodies.
Lastly, I knew without a doubt that I could get on here and share with you and I'd not feel like a "L" loser! The power of feeling confident in that acceptance and support was amazing.
I threw out the alien food away and didn't think a thing about it. Actually, I felt so empowered to throw that stuff away and be strong in my commitment to BOTT.
Thanks for reading and being there for me today.

I think overall that went very well for you! Monday night I got hungry and ate a Fiber One Strawberry Pop Tart~I was so mad at myself at first, but after thinking it over I decided that was my only "mistake" for the day so it wasn't really that bad and I needed to get over it, forgive myself and move on!!!! I felt better afterwards and got up Tuesday back on the plan. So much of this process is mindset~if we can remain in the right frame of mind, we will do far better in the long run!
