Write down two recent interactins that made you angry and caused you to eat inappropriately.  If you had to relieve them, what would you say or do differently that would enable you to vent your anger more constructively?

Lets see what makes me mad? 
I am sick and tired of our dishwasher being broke and my DH not calling the electrician.  I can call myself and enjoy the calories burned while hand washing!
I am annoyed that my girtl scout troop prents never get any information back to me.  I will set a deadline and let them know after that date I can't accept any more forms!

I have a great group of girls that I knit/crochet with and there are three of us in the group working on dieting together - we check in with each other often and try to bring healthy snacks to group on Friday's instead of candy and cake.

Its been great having their support!  and the support here on the BOTT board!

Hi Jen,

Another set of great quotes and motivational tip. 

I took a little detour off my track but got right back on today which I'm so proud of.  I didn't let that detour continue on but got right back on.
