Set temporary or short term goals for yourself.  Breaking the journey down into smaller sections can make it easier to stay on track.

"A suprising number of people start weight loss programs believing all they need is willpower and a container of cottage cheese" - Emme Sokol

Make a checklist of items that will help you in the kitchen and buy at least one of them today!

Have a wonderful Monday everyone and buy something great to help you on your journey...what will I buy...what will you buy...Jen

Hi Jen,

I was looking forward to the quote for today.  It is a great one!  It feels as though it was written just for us BOTTers!

Thanks for doing this for our group.

I bought some 4oz containers for my kitchen.  Now I can store things in the 4 oz to 1/2 cup portion size I need.  No need to miss measure or guestamate...it is right there!!!!
