Back On Track Together
Monday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
This was not the best of days but not the worst either. I will start Fit Day again. My biggest personal hold out to getting it back together.
I ate (2) count em (2) small bags of Lemon potato chips, a few mixed nuts, a protein shake and 1 baby back rib. I have had about 60 oz fluid I did walk and my inches are dropping rapidly but the weight is not. Go figure. I am trying again. That is a big improvement.
Tomorrow is another day with renewed promise. I WILL eat better and do Fit Day.

But I left my tennis shoes at home and did not get in my cardio today...

I too prefer the structure of the work week!!! Seems so easy for me to handle.
Today was a good day. Made a committment to myself for exercise and I did 30 minutes on the bike at the gym! So, tomorrow is another day for planning and prepping.
Last week also made a committment to pack my lunch from home 3 days per week. I have moved that to 4, as I realized the carb count on the beans I eat 2 x's weekly! Yeesh.....who knew? Not enough protein for the buck!!
For today:
B~ Healthwise chocolate shake w/ milk and 1 tsp SF strawberry jelly
S~10 soy crisps
L~4 ozs meat (combo chicken and beef) yellow squash and red pepper strips
S~3 ozs chicken with lettuce, 1 jalapeno popper
D~chicken bake ( 3 ozs chicken with mozzarella cheese and some tomato sauce) sliced cucumbers and tomatoes.
My other committment was to increase my water intake. I get just enough to p**!! For today, I drank 90 ozs water. All my vitamins, water and exercise in! It was a great day.....Let's hope for the same tomorrow!

WOW!!! What a weekend... I worked Fri, Sat, Sun 12 hour shifts, and it was a crazy weekend. I love my job and I love that I got to save some lives, but man did it mess my schedule up bad, no exercise since Fri..
Was off today and planned to do errands and work out but nope, phone rang at 530 am, worked all day, since it wasnt planned, I had not planned lunch or snacks and had to grab it quickly this morning...
. Then to make matters worse jumped on the scale real quick this am, and I gained a pound!!!!! How in the HELL did that happen, been trying to track everything in dailyplate and it is very disheartening. Makes it really hard to be "good" when you are tired and need to feed a child quick. I was in such a hurry though that I will do my official weigh in tomorrow.
I am trying to think positively, but this is such a bummer, I WANT CHOCOLATE....... good thing I dont have any in the house.... its late but maybe I will make a sf micro cake (sweet but good 4 me)
