After a decent week, the weekend was TOUGH.  My husband brought home some things that just didn't need to be in the house & that made things hard.  Yesterday my weight was up 3 pounds for the week.  I don't even know how that can happen, I didn't fall far off track & it was only one day.

So back at it!

B - light & fit yogurt with TVP
S - Special K cereal bar (not the best choice)
L - salad w/ chicken breast
S - SB protein bar
D - pork steak, broccoli & bit of potatoes
S - nonfat yogurt, strawberries & TVP
Protein shake after workout whenever I fit that in.

Exercise plan is 30 on the treadmill and squats/lunges.

I am almost too ashamed to post (or to at least tell the truth), but here it goes...

B: 1 cookie bar (that my DD made last night)
LB:  1 srv All Bran crackers
... the morning was a rush and filled with meetings (which always throws me off).
LS:  1/2 50 gram slam
LL:  Leftover stuffed eggplant, veggies
S:  1/2 50 gram slam
D:  Bunless burger w/ salsa and sour cream, veggies  (ate too much and got sick)
LNS: more of that dang cookie bar (good thing there's none left)

Exercise:  I hope to get in 30 minutes on the treadmill, but I have company coming over tonight... along with kid activities.  If my company leaves by 9:00, I'll get in some exercise.
*Ended up using the Wii Fit my company brought over.
So there it goes, my confession and promise to make it a better day.

My weekend was a TOTAL BUST. My husband had a 3 day Elks State Convention over the weekend. I didn't overeat but I didn't make the best choices all of the time and I definitely drank way to much wine. I forgot to weigh this morning so I will check tomorrow.

Food for today:

B-6" Mission Lo-Carb Tortilla w/tuna fish and cheddar
S-Turkey and Laughing Cow Light Swiss Wedges
L-Turkey Chili
S-Apple w/Almond Butter
D-More Turkey Chili
S-No after dinner snacks, keeps me up all night.

I am doing 30 minutes on the treadmill and upper arms on the weights after work.

I met my goal for last week to get back on track. I have started writing everything down again, getting in all my water, & exersizing. My goal for last week was to lose 5lbs. I did it. So my total wt loss since BOTT is 71/2 lbs It turns out that I wasn't eating enouph & my body when I did eat said " OH HERE'S FOOD LETS STORE IT IN HER THIGHS TODAY & SAVE FOR A RAINY DAY" PPL on OH had said to eat more but I was afraid to. But when I started writing it down & making myself eat those 100 cal snacks every 2 hrs it seems to be working.

my meal plan for today is
7AM      protein shake
9AM      3 turkey bacon,1 piece whole grain toaST,1 wedge happy cow cheese
S           shake
lunch    3  0z tolapia,1/2 c greenbeans cooked with onion & 3 baby potatoes
S          1/2choc truffle shake
Supper  4oz of chicken(steamed),salad w/low cal dressing
s            string cheese  4 whole wheat crackers or protein shake
my daily goal is to get 1200 cal in & drink 4-5 bottles of 20 oz each.
so far today I have 3 in.

I did do an exercize video & REALLY tried for 60 min then did a little WII.

My goal for this week is to lose 3 lbs. continue w/ exercize no less than 45 min.& get that H2O in.
I'm so excited I even talked my daughter, who is 308 lbs, into trying the cal thing. She's afraid to get the surgery. But she started this morning & I'll keep you posted on her success. I know she can do this.

OK I did ok today, didn't stick with my total plan.. but I'm not beating myself up, its day one.. baby steps..

B - oatmeal  , coffee
L - soup and salad... bite of rocky road brownie (yes this was bad and I dumped)
S - Oh YEah choc / mint.. first time I had this flavor.. yummie
D - a few bites of grilled trout, trout chowder and a few bites of dill pickle
I had water thruout the day

I ate the oh yeah when I got home because I was heading to the PA farmshow.. For those not familiar, its an annual event that exhibits the best in PA from food to farm animals.  In years past, this was the time for potatoe donuts, milk shakes, deep fried fresh veggies (does that even sound right) ...  well I had grilled trout (my nieces husband works for a trout farm and they were giving out samples.. it was amazingly good)   in the food court they also had trout chowder that was highly recommended.. it tasted like potatoe soup w/fish.. I had probably 4 oz.    I did not have, nor was I tempted by the donuts (in past I'd probably eat 3 or 4 mabye more) milk shake, veggies, I did eat one of my friends french fries.     I did buy some bbq sauce w/horseradish that rocked.  It will be used in small doses to flavor up chicken ...   we did lots of walking, the alpacas were really cool and I found out a friend of mine is actually raising a few... small world.
funny story, we were checking out the 1600 lb bison (i think thats what it was) when this gentleman asked my friend if he would mind hanging out a few min to make sure no one put their hands in the pen, he had to go get the trailer or something. so we patroled the pen for about 10/15 minutes..  people thought we were the animals handler and were asking us questions... The owner gave us the opportunity to lead him to the trailer which we kindly declined.. he was a huge animal.

Anyway if you are near Harrisburg PA its worth a stop ... I think Sat or Sun is the end of the show...

Tomorrow will be a great day, i'm postive of it
