New to BOTT
Talked to a friend last night that was telling me good things about this group! Thanks Katrina.
Just had to join today.
I am needing to get BOT with my exercise - that is my weak area at the moment. Last week, I started doing daily calisthenics. Trying to find the motivation to do more!
Looking forward to reading the board and checking this group out!

Calisthenics - wow! You go! When I need motivation to exercise when I'm running that tape through my head of "do I? don't I?" I fast forward to remember how great I feel after I'm finished and for hours afterwards. Exercise is the gift that keeps on giving throughout the day.
