Walked 2.4 miles in the mall today with my walking poles.  I'm really impressed with them  Check them out if you hven't already.  Got them at Target - the pair was $19.99

That's good to know.  I hadn't really heard anything about the effectiveness of walking poles except on our board. 

I will check them out next weekend when we do errands.  Thanks for letting us know.

They must be pretty popular because all the Target stores in the Fort Walton Beach area are sold out as are the ones in the area of western Indianapolis IN
