It has been a strange weekend around here. I have a weather related headache and I'm hungry but not hungry. I didn't really track yesterday but I know I didn't go over on anything cause 1 bite was more then enough.
Today was better, but I spent a lot of time learning new things for my volunteer work on another site. I didn't get much in, by way of exercise but I have been up and down the stairs more then normal. Tomorrow it is back to the t/mill!

Here's the damage...
B: Click w/ 4 oz nonfat milk, 8 oz water.
S: Smart Forme ProtiSquare - mocha
L: cheese quesadilla w/ 1 small corn tortilla and 1.5 oz. pepperjack
S: 1 c of popcorn (the baddd kind, darn it! tomorrow, I will be so bloated!)
D: Eggface's "double dip chicken" casserole
This evening I will be enjoying a cup of diet hot cocoa w/ a splash of SF creme de menthe syrup! Yum!
I didn't workout today.

Its been a very off day
oke at 5:45 - could not fall back to sleep..came up and watched the remaining episodes of Discovery Health Body Challenge...
B - 1/2 omelette 6 oz yogurt
L - 1/2 cup of chicken brushetta
S - rice crispie treat
kind of dinner (at an eagle scout ceremony) 1/2 inch slice of turkey sub and a 1x1 slice of cake (dumped.. you know where you get warm and sweaty.. lasts about 30 minutes)
2 hours later 1/2 of a personal pizza

Hey Barb! About a week ago you said that you were impressed with my Carbs and until yesterday, I didn't think of this. My brain seems to be frozen along with the rest of Michigan!
But when I track at Spark People I have my settings for Net Carbs. I don't know if you can do that with TDP. There are features of TDP that I like better then Spark, like tracking calories burned on your daily summary. But if I want to put in a recipe, yes I can do it and get the info but apparently you can't use it, that day. With Sparks you can.
I may check a couple of others out. But I know if I don't use something like these then I will convince myself that I have not had enough for the day!
