Hi All!  Not such a stellar  week weight wise, but I can honestly say that since I joined BOTT, I have been starting to make better choices and not to let stress get the best of me. I have had you all in the back, (almost near the front of my mind all week) and I can say I am feeling so much better and know  I am in the right place for me.

startting weight: 230
current weight"  226.4

Thanks so much and have a great day!

Hi,

Good for you!  I haven't gotten to the point where I am ready to make choices.  I used to get in this funk when I was dieting.  I would just stop...everything.  No, I wouldn't like go way off track, I would just go numb.  I have yet to find the trigger.  I know cir****tances do have a little to do with it, but not always.  I joined this group hoping to get motivated.  I read about others who joined a gym, or have exercise equipment at home.  Can't do that.  We have a foot of snow outside and in the teens so forget long walks.  Yes, I said in another board, I love to dance and have a room downstairs set up for that, but just can't seem to get me down there.  I am glad you are doing better.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

Hi MJ,

I'm glad that BOTT has made such a difference for you.  I completely agree with you as far as my week too.  I am on track which feels great.  I Iaughed at your comment about the group being in your head.  It has been for me too.

I am also in the right place for me.  Glad we're here together!

I have had a really good 2 weeks and then "stress" messed up my eating this weekend.  Things have now settled down and I can concentrate on what I am eating.  I didn't fall off of the wagon but I didn't eat well.  I am now planning my meals in the mornings, so if something comes up, I have a PLAN!
Have a good day!

I believe giving and receiving support is absolutely vital for our success in taking/keeping our weight off.  We're in this together.  When one of us succeeds - each of us succeeds.  Thanks for trusting  us enough to allow us to share your journey.
