Working my Tool was my focus this week... and YEAH... I had my greatest weight loss I have had for weeks over 2 #... I am FINALLY out of the 240's!
I made the commitment to getting in 75 grams of protein, 64 oz of water AND at least 20 mins of exercise 6 times this week. I did great on the protein and water... and OK with the exercise.
This week I am making the committment to the exercise as priority (and keeping my other committments!)
