Hi everyone! 
Day 3 BOTT for me.
I have been trying to post in the mornings, but today got away from me.  I finished my 3rd day of exercise last night, although I unsuccessfully tried to self talk myself out of it all 3 nights!  I feel so good that you were all here and I was going to be accounable.

My goals for today were to stay within my eating plan  1400-1600 cal. ) and get in all my water and vits.  I did not get to put everything into Sparkpeople until after my day was complete.  But I tried to be careful and make wise choices since we were out and about all day.  jGuess what ? 
 I was successful !

Prebreakfast: 2- 20 oz cups of coffee (one black, one with flavored coffeemate)
B - 1 lowfat muffin w/butter spread and 2 hard boiled eggs
L - 1/2 of a chef salad w/ ranch dressing and approx. 2 oz of steak
S- one protein shake w/ raspberry divinci syrup and appox. 1/4 c strawberries
D - the rest of the chef salad w/ranch dressing and 5 "little smokies" w/mustard
S - decaf pumpkin nut coffee w/pumpkin spice coffeemate.

WOW when putting this on paper it sure seems like a lot...what do yall think???

Pre B- 3- 8OZ cups Decaf with sugar free hazelnut flavoring

B- Slimfast low carb shake 20 grams protein

L-Rotisserie chicken, cucumbers, 1 oz block cheese

20 oz water

S- 18 bite size all bran multi grain crackers

16 oz decaf coffee (benefiber in each cup)

D- 4 oz rotisserie chicken, ½ cup green beans, 2inch square dressing

Now- having decaf coffee not sure how many cups I will drink ,16 oz probably

20 oz of water after the 2 cups of decaf

Before bed- Either another slimfast shake or a half peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread.

The snow is finally beginning to stop.  Today I had:
Breakfast - eggs w/cheese and 1 healthy life bread
Snack - almonds
Lunch - ham slice
Snack - fage w/sf caramel
Dinner - pork chop w/veggies
Snack - protein shake

Hi everyone!!

I ate MOSTLY good today, but no exercise.

B: Click w/ 4 oz skim milk and the res****er. ****d)
S: handful of grapes
L: SmartForme Proti-square - chocolate (yum!) 
S: 2 bites of cake that my hubby had 
D: 1 taco (soft corn tortilla) w/ meat, cheese, taco sauce and a dallop of lite sour cream. 3 bites of FF refried beans.

Evening Snack - 1.5 oz. of cheese.

I'm down 8 lbs since Sunday!! BOTT, baby!! 

  - I will learn to let go what I cannot change, but I will change whatever I can. Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ

ok I've dvr'd the 5 episodes of the national body challenge..  I need to pay more attention .. but I'll post first..  

B - 1/2 of egg omelet w/proscuitto (sp?) and mozz cheese
L - 6" subway w/lots of veggies
S - leftovers that I had frozen - penne, shrimp, crab, chicken, broccoli (it was about 1/2 a cup worth
D - about 1/2 - 1 cup of chicken brushetta (chicken, basil, mozz and stove topstuffing w/diced tomatoes.. this is a very good recipe.. it makes alot but I freeze it in small containers so have it for awhile. 
S. 6 oz yogurt

I was given a kerig (sp?) coffee maker for christmas so I've been sampeling the assorted box of coffees you get with it.. some are two strong for me so I've found out that I can add a tsp of dark choc cocoa and if I didn't like it it makes it drinkable.. is that a bad thing?  I don't add sugar

Weekends are the worst for me....I get bored so easy and I graze all day.  Summers are too bad cause I am usually doing stuff but winters are so cold I hate to leave the house.

B - snacked on some left over turkey
L - 1/4 of a cheeseburger, shared with hubby.
S - doubleshot at starbucks
D - carne asada, with cheese
