Daily Tips
I have a Diet Journal that I bought at the bookstore and it has been really helpful for me this week. It is packed full of information. Everyday there is a Daily Tip or Inspirational message. I also read the Weigh****chers Daily meditations.
My question is if you guys want me to post them daily for everyone to share I would love to do that for our group. Plus it helps me to write them down and share!!

Don't be too hard on yourself if you stumble along the way. Just remind yourself that tomarrow is another day, and you can get back on track.

What bookstore? Is it just called Diet Journal or does it have a fancier "official" title? Thanks for sharing - I keep a record of my food intake just on small note pads which I throw away when I've used all the sheets. I keep a record of my weight on a spiral bound calendar. The journal you use sounds as though it would be a lot beter.

My journal is a blue book with a white spiral bound edge. The title says Daily Planner Diet Journal and inside is a page of stickers you can use to conceal the Diet Journal if you want to. It is good for 26 weeks and packed full of info. I added a protein column to the daily record. It is made by WS Publishing group. I paid $14.95 and so far it seems like a great investment.

Jen this is a great idea how nice of you to offer this!! After reading your post about a food journal I went to my daughters desk and found some "little girl" journals I had bout for like a quarter a piece from dollar store. I took one and opened it and made it a daily food journal. I will write down my water intake and my food intake as well as my vitamins. I have been very bad about vitamins until a couple months ago. I go for labs Monday so I am looking forward to getting the results to help me get back on track with those as well. Thanks for making me go find a journal LOL. I am not able to go purchase one right now so I can use these since she never used or opened them LOL!
