Friday (YEAH!), BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Today was a bad eating day for me. I had both of my 15 month old granddaughters and really didn't have time to plan out my meals.
Breakfast - Ricotta cheese
Snack - handful of almonds
Lunch - 1/2 muscle milk shake
Snack - 1/2 fage w/sf caramel
Dinner - 1 c chili w/cheese and sour cream
Snack - 1/2 fage w/sf pistachio pudding (it was horrible!)
Early bedtime for me!!!

Hi everyone! I didn't get on to post my meals yesterday, but I stayed on track all day.
Today, I wasn't feeling very well. I woke up to 2 sick children... went to run errands and grocery shop, and I'm glad I did because by tonight, I was the one sick. Argh!!
B: Smart Forme vanilla wafer bars
S: homemade iced nonfat latte
L: just a chunk of cheese (starting to not feel well)
D: 3 oz meatloaf and 1/4 c of broccoli (threw this all up. I was sick)
after my stomach settled...
a slice of cheese and a couple of all-bran crackers
I'm callin' it a day. Not nearly enough protein, but I'm not going to pu**** with the nausea!
And no exercise other than running around today and grocery shopping, and that doesn't count. lol
Hopefully, I will feel human again tomorrow!
Oh, and I should add that since I joined BOTT (on Monday, I think?) I have gone down 6 pounds! WOOT!
