Hi Cathy- Thanks for the "shout out." I am not feeling my best these days. Not at work kind of living quietly at home. Food has taken on a new meaning for me. Before I could not leave it alone. Now I can't stand most of it!! Awful, I am in deep sorrow over my lost of food. As far as weight, yes I have lost about 25 pound since my 1/20 rny surgery and a lot of inches. I just don't like feeling naueous a lot and not wanting anything coming near my pouch. So I do not want to sound unhappy but you did ask. Pilar12

Thanks Cathy.....I am doing just fine.  I had my surgery (RNY) November 19, 2008, have lost 120 pounds which is 11 pounds below the Surgeons's goal.  I work out at the gym 3-4 days a week, walk and do Yoga.  I have had no complications whatsoever since my surgery and am feeling great.  I do have to admit that Carbs are starting to look awfully good to me and I really have to watch them.  Thanks for the Memo,

Sincerely and Thanks,

Sandy from ND
